Happy Thanksgiving!

 Hope you had a nice holiday, or just a nice day if you live where this is not a holiday! I made spiced pecans from this month’s Eating Well, polenta dome and mushroom pastries from Moosewood Celebrates, vegetarian gravy, and Frozen Pumpkin Mousse Pie for desert, also from EW. Plus the family made a bunch of delicious food, so it was good eats all around!
