One of my new favorite food blogs recently posted this recipe for a frozen soy dessert.
Oh. My. Goodness!
I used cherry soy yogurt. I used good chocolate, but I had to add some Nestle chips to make enough chocolate. The mixture that comes out of the processor is awesome before you freeze it, like cherry-chocolate pudding! Instead of making individual dishes, I made pudding pops!
These are my new popsicle molds I got for my birthday. I made 10 pops from the recipe given, and I had a bit left over to lick out of the bowl! I can’t imagine eating more than one pop in a day, they are so rich!
But so good!
