A craft from Mother's Day

This is what I made as a present for a special person on Mother’s Day.

I took some napkins (which I had hemmed from sheets) and laid them out on the table. Then I collected leaves from the yard, and put paint on them. After that, I pressed each leaf into the fabric in a pleasing arrangement. (All of the pictures of the process are on Davis’ camera, and we have not gotten the film developed. Yes, he is using a film camera. It is quite nice, takes great pictures.)

Each one is designed from a different leaf.

I think they will be treasured!
